That\u2019s clear today as a Subaru dealer in Massachusetts has detailed upcoming price hikes. Planet Subaru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planetsubaru.com\/tariff-notice.htm\">says<\/a> vehicles arriving in June will have price increases of up to $2,055. That\u2019s a significant increase, but the numbers vary by model and trim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2025\/05\/trumps-tariffs-just-cost-ford-buyers-up-to-2000\/\">Trump\u2019s Tariffs Just Cost Ford Buyers Up To $2,000<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The American-made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/subaru-ascent\/\">Ascent<\/a> is slated to have price increases of between $1,085 and $2,055 depending on trim. Likewise, the Forester is said to be getting a hike of between $1,075 and $1,600. The outgoing Outback is also slated to climb $1,715 to $1,820.<\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-organic\"><\/div>\n<p>The Solterra will reportedly eschew a price increase, but the Japanese-made BRZ and WRX won\u2019t be as lucky thanks to a $2,000 jump. The Crosstrek and Impreza are slated to get $750 more expensive, while the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2024\/04\/subaru-legacy-says-goodbye-after-36-years-suvs-win-again\/\">soon to be dead Legacy<\/a> jumps $1,600.<\/p>\n<p>        <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/2025-Subaru-WRX-1127-298.jpg\" data-type=\"inarticle-image-block\"> <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\">\n<p>                    <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" src=\"\" alt=\" Subaru Announces Big Price Hikes, Appears Afraid To Blame Trump\u2019s Tariffs\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/2025-Subaru-WRX-1127-298-1024x683.jpg\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>        <\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>The dealer noted these \u201cincreases are insufficient to cover the costs of the tariffs, so we expect additional increases before the end of 2025.\u201d That remains to be seen, but it likely depends on how the tariff situation pans out.<\/p>\n<p>When reached for comment, the automaker told us \u201cSubaru of America has adjusted its pricing in response to current market conditions. The changes were made to offset increased costs while maintaining a solid value proposition for our customers.
